Strontium titanate single crystal is well matched with a variety of perovskite mineral structure materials, which is a high quality substrate material for high-temperature superconducting thin films and a variety of oxide thin films, and also widely used in special optical Windows and high quality sputtering targets. At present, BonTek can provide Fe:SrTiO3 single crystal substrate with iron doped concentration of 0.04% and 0.05%.
